SANDWICH PLATTERS - £3.75 per head

Based on 1 ½ rounds per person, fillings may include egg mayonnaise and cress, pate on toast, cheese, onion and salad cream, turkey breast, stuffing and cranberry sauce, roast ham and dijon mustard, tuna mayonnaise with cucumber or sweetcorn, roast topside of beef, roast chicken breast, red onion and mayonnaise on our special tomato and olive bread, salmon in lemon mayonnaise with cucumber or egg mayonnaise with prawns served on a variety of breads with salad garnish.

MIXED PLATTERS - £4.75

This would include sandwiches from the above ranges and in addition, a choice of either:-
a) Vol-au-vents - fillings would include coronation chicken, prawns in spicy mayonnaise or marie-rose and egg mayonnaise.
b) Chicken satay sticks.
c) Vegetarian quiche slices.

We could accompany your buffet with crisps, breadsticks, dips, soft drinks and cakes.

Paper plates and napkins are provided.
