SANDWICH PLATTERS - £3.75 per head
Based on 1 ½ rounds per person, fillings may include honey roast ham, tuna mayonnaise, topside of beef, cheese, chicken breast, egg mayonnaise, turkey breast, salmon and pate, served on a variety of breads with salad garnish.If other Buffet items are being ordered the full quota of sandwiches may not be required.We can also do sandwich fillings on bagels, wraps or pitta breads.
QUICHE PLATTER - £15 each
Based on 16 slices, choice of roasted red pepper and parmesan cheese, broccoli or Quiche Lorraine, served with salad garnish.
VOL-AU-VENT PLATTERS - £18 each
Based on 36 medium vol-au-vents, fillings would include, coronation chicken, prawns in marie-rose or spicy mayonnaise and egg mayonnaise.
CHICKEN SATAY PLATTER - £36 each
Based on 60 satay sticks, chicken tikka and/or chicken satay, served with spicy dips.
